I was born in Izmir, Turkey. Throughout my primary school years, I was interested in different forms of art such as music, painting and ballet. During my high school education, I had a chance to experience the multinational and multicultural collective studies which were held in Belgium and Germany for Comenius Physics Project and I took a proactive role in Harvard Model United Nations twice as part of Social, Cultural and Humanitarian Committee in Boston, United States.

I received my Bch. ID degree in Industrial Design with a Product Design speciality from Izmir University of Economics. I graduated with a high honour degree in 2007 along with minor degree study in Graphic Design and participation in Istanbul Design Week and Istanbul Furniture Fair.

After graduation, I had been working as a freelance interdisciplinary designer, following art direction experience in communication design agency. In 2014, I decided to pursue my higher education in Central Saint Martins, UAL.

In 2016, I got my master's degree from Central Saint Martins in Industrial Design with distinction. Currently, I live and work in London, UK.
